Aligned Profit provides fractional M&A origination and transaction preparation services, including target market mapping, founder engagement, pipeline reporting, and transaction readiness support. Services are delivered on a monthly retainer basis or as standalone project engagements, as specified in a written agreement or engagement letter.
Aligned Profit is not a registered broker-dealer and does not provide investment advice, securities transaction services, or legal or financial advisory services. Nothing on this website or in any engagement constitutes an offer to buy or sell securities.
All engagements are governed by a written agreement or engagement letter executed between Aligned Profit and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and an executed engagement letter, the engagement letter controls.
Monthly retainer services are billed on a recurring basis as specified in the engagement letter. Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may terminate a retainer engagement with notice as specified in the applicable agreement.
Aligned Profit treats all client mandate details, pipeline information, and business discussions as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as necessary to deliver the services or as required by law.
Clients agree to treat any proprietary materials, methodologies, or templates provided by Aligned Profit as confidential and not to reproduce or distribute them without written consent.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and methodology descriptions — is the property of Aligned Profit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
Market maps, pipeline reports, readiness summaries, and other deliverables produced for a client engagement become the client's property upon receipt, subject to any terms specified in the engagement letter.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
