Campaign Manager Role at Aligned Profit

Purpose of the Role: The Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the launch, execution, and lead generation for client campaigns. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations and fulfillment needs of clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with Aligned Profit’s services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase domains, inboxes, and SmartLead subaccounts.
  • Set up and manage email accounts and signatures.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for email setup and troubleshooting.
  • Source and scrape leads from platforms such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Seamless AI, and Sales Navigator.
  • Use automation tools like Instantly.ai or SmartLead.ai for outbound campaigns.
  • Utilize templates and finalize email copy, and manage email deliverability.
  • Verify leads to adhere to Google practices and email compliance standards.
  • Have knowledge of DKIM, email warming systems, GDPR, and other relevant laws.
  • Complete tasks including prospecting list assignment, pre-launch checklists, DNC uploads, and client walkthrough videos.
  • Ensure all campaign components are prepared and executed on schedule.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with lead sourcing and scraping from various platforms.
  • Proficiency with automation and outbound tools.
  • Proven track record in cold email campaigns with at least two years of experience.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to pass English comprehension tests.
  • Ability to verify leads and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of email practices, DKIM, and GDPR.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to Tyler, the owner of Aligned Profit.

Performance-Based Compensation

  • Base retainer of $80 per client managed. (Campaign manager will start by managing 6 clients during 3 month training period with a capacity of 15 clients after the 3 month training period.
  • Commmision and profit share upon completed deals ($200-$1,000)

Work Environment

The role is designed to be performance-based with growth opportunities as client management success increases.
